The monthly workout consists of eight stations designed to develop strength and endurance. It's designed for any fitness level.

A fun way to get your heart rate up while engaging your arms and core. Start with fewer reps or lighter waves if you're new.

Build steady leg strength and endurance. The sled weight can be adjusted so anyone can push with confidence and have fun.

A simple pulling exercise that strengthens your back and grip. Rope length and resistance can be scaled for all levels.

A total-body exercise combining a light squat, press, and hinge. Choose lighter dumbbells or fewer reps to match your pace.

A mix of movement and momentum. Step back and get a good launch or shorten your jumps to make it more approachable.

Carry weights at your sides to strengthen your grip and posture. Pick weights that feel comfortable and take breaks as needed.

Step forward with balance and control to build lower body strength. Use bodyweight only or lighter dumbbells to start.

A press that combines legs and arms for an efficient, full-body movement. Adjust the weight and reps to fit your comfort level.
